"Delivery Dates Kept Changing"
Initially, the delivery was set for the 3rd of August, but then it got pushed to the 5th, between 10 and 17. I was home all day, and at 12:49, I got an email saying the parcel was on the truck and on its way. By 16:00, I checked the truck's location, and the site indicated that the package was heading back to the origin because the address couldn’t be found! The first message mentioned that the driver would give me a call, but I never received a call. I’ve had two other deliveries from Zalando, where I ordered this item too, so they definitely have my correct address. When I checked with PostNord, it showed a different address for delivery! What went wrong here? The PostNord Helpdesk is trying to intercept the package at their sorting facility and send it to a pickup location instead. It’s a bummer since this was a gift meant for Saturday, August 6th, and the earliest I can pick it up is probably Monday. We’ll manage, of course, but you did ask about my experience with this order...
